SAAAG

Recipe of "SAAG"


Ingrediants


  1. Saaag= 2kg
  2. Green chili =8to10

For Tarka

  1. Garlic=1 teaspoon
  2. Ginger=1teaspoon
  3. Onion=1 small
  4. Oil =one cup 
  5. Redchili=2 teaspoon 
  6. Salt=as u like
  7. Greenchili=2,3
  8. Mint,corinder for garnish

Recipe

  • Remove the edges of saaag and cut it and clean it with water.
  • Boil the water and put it for cook add 8 green chilli
  • After boil the water put saaag and cook till the water dry 
  • Leave it for 2 to 4 hour tilL the water dry and it will smooth 
  • Switch the flame
  • Mix this with depper till it become smooth and soft 
  • Take cauldron and put oil 
  • After this put chopped onion till it brown
  • Put ginger and garlic and mix it and put the cooked 'SAAAG"
  • Mix this and put spicese red chili,salt, green chili 
  • Cover this and cook more just 5 mint 
  • And ready for serve 
  • Put mint and corinder for garnish when you put it in a bowl for ser

* If you want it more delicious than add chiness salt during tarka .And serve it with butter and also ketchup and enjoy this with paratha

I make each and evey thing in pressure_cooker like meat,chicken,vegetables,beans and also i make cake in pressure_cooker .Because in pressure_cooker each and every thing cook so fast and also very tasty .So i cook my food in this .Even beef and mutton becomes soft within few mints .SO girls must try to cook in pressure_cooker and make your life easy and comfortable .DO you know that i make cake in this its very tasty yummy and delicious tast like that you see in this pictures and just keep in mind after using of this must beware that dont try to open it till the gass of pressure_cooker is empty than open this and when you cooke and make cake in pressure_cooker donnt put wait on this and cook this
