This tart prepare it for a friend's birthday and is one that we like least because the recipe is 100% golosolandia is the day that we thought we were inspired.

Homemade Cake With Flavor Of Coffee And Liqueur

Ingredients:

Coffee Cake

Coffee Cake, Delicious Homemade Recipe Step By Step.

For the base:

300 grams of crackers.
750 grams of butter.
For the filling:
500 grams of cream cheese.
5 eggs
225 grams of sugar.
2 Natural yogurt.
200 ml of cream.
200 milliliters of coffee.
1 dash of liquor (in my case Baileys).

Homemade recipe step by step:

First prepare the base of our cake:
Chop cookies and grind well using a grinder or blender.
Add the butter and mix well.
Rolled with butter mold used for covering  then easily.

We put in the cookie and crush well by spreading (it's easier prte squeezing the base of a glass). Then reserve in the refrigerator or refrigerator.

Come to the filling of the coffee cake:
In a bowl put over low heat cream, half tablespoon of sugar, cofffee and liqueur .whisk.
We leave on low heat 3 to 4 minutes, whisping continuously until everything is integrated perfectly.
In a bowl put the cheese and add the cream coffee (very liquid) that we have ready. Beat until smooth.
Add 225 grams of sugar and yogurt, mix well.
Now we add an egg and give it a little with the rods still blended. We repeat the processes with three eggs. And finally we broke a few seconds to ensure it is fully integrated.
Now we have almost left alone put  this cream over the biscuit base mold (gently).

Preheat oven to 165 degrees and bake until curd, We will know if the prick with a toothpick comes out clean, in my case takes an hour and ten minutes. If we notice that the top area is cook  we put aluminum foil over and continue baking until the interior is well curd and ensure that the cake remains pretty.

Let chill our delicious, tasty coffee cake before serving.
