SAAAG

Recipe of "SAAG"


Ingrediants


  1. Saaag= 2kg
  2. Green chili =8to10

For Tarka

  1. Garlic=1 teaspoon
  2. Ginger=1teaspoon
  3. Onion=1 small
  4. Oil =one cup 
  5. Redchili=2 teaspoon 
  6. Salt=as u like
  7. Greenchili=2,3
  8. Mint,corinder for garnish

Recipe

  • Remove the edges of saaag and cut it and clean it with water.
  • Boil the water and put it for cook add 8 green chilli
  • After boil the water put saaag and cook till the water dry 
  • Leave it for 2 to 4 hour tilL the water dry and it will smooth 
  • Switch the flame
  • Mix this with depper till it become smooth and soft 
  • Take cauldron and put oil 
  • After this put chopped onion till it brown
  • Put ginger and garlic and mix it and put the cooked 'SAAAG"
  • Mix this and put spicese red chili,salt, green chili 
  • Cover this and cook more just 5 mint 
  • And ready for serve 
  • Put mint and corinder for garnish when you put it in a bowl for ser

* If you want it more delicious than add chiness salt during tarka .And serve it with butter and also ketchup and enjoy this with paratha
