SAAAG
Recipe of "SAAG"
Ingrediants
- Saaag= 2kg
- Green chili =8to10
For Tarka
- Garlic=1 teaspoon
- Ginger=1teaspoon
- Onion=1 small
- Oil =one cup
- Redchili=2 teaspoon
- Salt=as u like
- Greenchili=2,3
- Mint,corinder for garnish
Recipe
- Remove the edges of saaag and cut it and clean it with water.
- Boil the water and put it for cook add 8 green chilli
- After boil the water put saaag and cook till the water dry
- Leave it for 2 to 4 hour tilL the water dry and it will smooth
- Switch the flame
- Mix this with depper till it become smooth and soft
- Take cauldron and put oil
- After this put chopped onion till it brown
- Put ginger and garlic and mix it and put the cooked 'SAAAG"
- Mix this and put spicese red chili,salt, green chili
- Cover this and cook more just 5 mint
- And ready for serve
- Put mint and corinder for garnish when you put it in a bowl for ser
* If you want it more delicious than add chiness salt during tarka .And serve it with butter and also ketchup and enjoy this with paratha

This is a "COOMAN QUESTION " of each and every home what we made today I solve this problem now Just make the weekly shedule or fifteen days shedule aur a month of your menu and make the salan of which you write in your menu and shedule.Some of them eat three time meals and some of them eat two time .If you make two time dishes means if you take breakfast and dinner than at one time you make eggs in differnt styles and also makes potatos in different styles and and add butter and yougert in your breakfast that solve the breakfast problems you can add sometimes
