Biya Can Roasted Chicken


Ingredients for Marination


Chicken Whole (without skin)

Tandoori Masala 2 - 3 Tablespoons (depends on size of chicken)

Lemon Juice 2 - 3 Tablespoons

Olive Oil 2 - 3 Tablespoons

Salt 1/2 Teaspoon

Garlic Paste 1 Teaspoon

Brown Sugar 1 Tablespoon


How to Cook Biya Can Roasted Chicken

 

Ingredients for Can:


Malt Can (We used lemon flavor. You can choose whatever taste you'd like, sweet, sugar free etc. You can use 7up or any other)

Chopped Garlic 1 Tablespoon

Chopped Onion 1 Tablespoon

Chopped Ginger 1 Tablespoon

Crushed Chilies 1 Tablespoon

Paprika 1 Teaspoon

Butter 1 Tablespoon


Ingredients for Sauce:


Flour 1 Tablespoon

Butter 1 Tablespoon

Imli (tamarind) sauce 2 Tablespoons

Worcestershire Sauce 2 Tablespoons
Method:
1. For marination, make cuts in the chicken all over
2. Mix tandoori and the rest of the ingredients for marination and apply thoroughly on chicken.
3. Make sure to apply it inside the cuts. Keep it for 2 - 3 hours
4. Open the can and empty half of the can
5. Add the rest of the ingredients for can in it
6. Fix the whole marinated chicken on the can
7. Brush it generously with butter specially inside the cuts
8. Bake it in oven over high heat (220 degrees) for 40 - 50 minutes
9. Take it out of the oven and seperate the chicken carefully from the can
10. Take out all the contents of the can in a pan
11. Add the ingredients for sauce in it and cook until it thickens to your required consistency
12. Pour over the chicken and serve it hot
