Haleem recipe with Shan Masala

(Ingredients)


1)=> Mix pulses
(i)=>.Chanay ki dall, (one cup )
(ii)=> Red dall,(one cup )
(iii)=>  Wheat, oats(one cup )
2)=> Beef /Chicken
3)=> Shan haleem mix masala powder
4)=> Few Garlic cloves
5)=> Ginger 3 one inch pieces
6)=>Garam masala
7)=> Onion
8)=> Oil

(Ingredient For Garnish) 


1)..... Lemon
2).....Chat masala
3).....Brown onion
4)..... Ginger strips
5).....Green chiili

Steps For make Haleem


Soak all pulses over night or 3/4 hours
Wash and strain them and put in pressure cooker and cook them until they are fully cooked
Mash all the mixture  or grind this in a grinder and leave aside
put beef in a cooker/pan, garlic  add water,cloves ginger ,one tsp sabit garam masala and shan masala and cook it till beef is tender. Strain the broth and shred beef
Now mix boiled pulses in beef and broth in a large pan and cooked fully when it mix fully
Give it a good boil at first and then cook it on medium low flame till haleem is thick
You can add extra  salt pepper to taste as well
Garnish and serve and Enjoy Haleem At home
